Privacy policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
This policy explains what information Green Emerald Media ("we") collects through greenemeraldmedia.com, how we protect it and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send our contact form we receive your name, email address, mobile number, business name, the service and budget you choose and your message. We also record that you agreed to our Terms and Privacy Policy, with the date and the version of the Terms. We do not ask for payment details or government ID numbers on this website.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a proposal for you. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How we protect it
Your enquiry is emailed to us over an encrypted connection. A copy is stored on our server in encrypted form; the website itself cannot read stored enquiries, only we can, using a key that is not kept on the server. Stored enquiries are deleted automatically after 12 months.
Spam protection
To stop automated spam we limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. For this we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your IP address for up to 24 hours; your IP address itself is not stored. We also use Google reCAPTCHA, which is covered by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies and local storage
The contact page sets one session cookie that protects the form from forged submissions. It is deleted when you close your browser. If you switch between dark and light mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful and which of our ads bring enquiries. Essential cookies are always on because the website needs them. Google's tag loads on every page in a privacy mode that sets no cookies and sends only basic, cookieless signals until you choose. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and are set only after you allow them, using "Accept all" or "Customise" on the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time from in the footer.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by emailing greenemeraldgroup9@gmail.com.
